Chocolate Pretzel Brittle

Ingredients:
1/2 cup chocolate chips
One tbsp butter without oil
Two tbsp milk
6-8 pretzel rods

Directions:
1. Chop the pretzels to about the size of peas. It makes  3/4 to 1 cup total
2. In a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate for 30 seconds with the butter. After that give it a stir and add the milk. Put it for another 20 seconds and stir again.
3. In a medium bowl put the pretzels in and add the chocolate. The chocolate mixture should be glossy, almost like a ganache. Give it a stir with a spoon and set aside.
4. Cut two pieces of parchment paper about 1' x 1' and put the brittle on one piece of parchment paper. Then with the part of the parchment paper, gently smush the mixture between the two pieces of parchment paper, flattening the mixture to about half an inch to an inch
5. Set the mixture in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes or until the mixture has hardened slightly
6. When you pull the mixture out of the freezer it should easily break apart keep in the refrigerator in a plastic bag for up to one day or overnight. Serves 1 to 2 people
