Ok, something about this recipe makes it sound weird like, we why would you eat it? But they are pretty good as a snack or as a dessert!!
Ingredients
8 oz pkg. of cream cheese
12 Oreos
1/4 cup of powdered sugar, plus extra for dustingDirections
1. In a small bowl, break apart 9 Oreos. Set aside
2. In a medium sized bowl, put the cream cheese and the broken up Oreos. Using a whisk attachment (yes, sounds weird but it works!!) to combine. The Oreos should be broken up and he mixture should be clumpy and blackish
3. Slowly add the powered sugar and constantly taste it. You might not need all of it, depending on your preference
4. Put plastic warp over it and refrigerate for about 30 mins-2 hrs.
6. Scoop into balls, about 6-8 balls. Crush up the rest of the Oreos (if you like them super fine, use a food processor). Roll each ball in the crumbs and set them on a sheet or plate. Chill for another hour. Serve a little colder than room temperature. Makes 6-8 balls
