Pasta and Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 lb of pasta
3 tbsp butter
2 1/2 tbsp of flour
1-1/2 cups of milk
1/4 cup Parmesan
1/2 cup peas (frozen are fine)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
1. In a big pot of boiling water put the pasta in and cook according to the box directions.
2. In a large sauce pan melt the butter. Then whisk in the flour until a paste consistency.
3. Slowly pour in the milk, while still with whisking. Add the Parmesan cheese and whisk for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the sauce is thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. When the pasta is done cooking, about 9 to 10 minutes, drain it and put it in the sauce, along with the peas. Serves 3-4 people.
