Chicken Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients:
Two large flour tortillas
One cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 piece of chicken
1/2 tsp of:
-oregano
-paprika
-mustard powder
-thyme

Directions:
1. Heat up a small skillet. Cut chicken breasts into thin slices. Put in the pot until cooked. Add the spices and set aside.
2. Heat up another large pan. Coat with nonstick spray. On a cutting board, make quesadilla, putting cheese on the bottom and cooked chicken on top. Add the other tortilla on top.
3. Put the quesadilla on the pan. Cook on each side for about two minutes and flip, doing the same thing on the other side.
4. Once the quesadilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted, take it off the pan and turn the heat off. Using a sharp knife, cut the quesadillas into six or eight slices. Serve warm with 1-2 people.

If you don't want to make the chicken, you can use leftover chicken and microwave before putting it in the tortillas!
