Ingredients:
1 lb of pasta
One chicken breast, cubed and seasoned
One stick of butter
One garlic clove, minced
One small onion, minced
Two tbsp flour
Salt and pepper about 1 tsp each
One tbsp fresh or dried thyme
Two tsp oregano
Zest of 1/2 lemon
Juice of 1/2 a lemon

Directions:
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Salt the water generously and put pasta in for 9-10 minutes
2. While that's happening, diced one chicken breast and season it with salt and pepper. In a medium saucepan, cook chicken in olive oil until golden brown and cooked
3. Drain the pasta and set aside
4. To make the sauce, put the butter in a let it melt. Put the onion and garlic in and let it cook, about 1-2 minutes. While that's happening, make a mixture of flour and the seasoning (salt and pepper). After cooking the onions and garlic, add the flour in. This will thicken the sauce.
5. After, add the lemon zest and lemon juice. Stir and add the oregano and thyme.
6. If it's not already in a large pot, then transfer sauce to a large pot. Add the pasta and chicken in, and combine.
7. Enjoy hot. Serves 4-6 people
---------------------------------------------
- make the sauce in one large pot so you don't have to clean another pot:)
- using room temperature butter or melting it in the microwave for ten seconds will make the butter melt faster
- I like to use penne, but you can use any type of pasta

Hope you enjoy! This is a great dinner! Just add a green and you'll be all set!
