Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients:
Two cups of ground beef
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Three tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
1 egg
Olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients
3. Grease a muffin tray of six. Scoop and divide evenly. Top the tops with about 1 tsp of olive oil on each.
4. Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown
5. Because there is grease, before serving take them out, pat the bottoms of the muffins to get rid of any extra grease. In a pan seated upon medium high heat, throw the meatloaf muffins in to get more color. Enjoy.
Serves 2 to 4

You can make these with mashed potatoes and broccoli/green beans and it would be a satisfying dinner!
