Thick Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of:
- strawberries, chopped
- blueberries
- Raspberries
-Orange Juice
-crushed ice
1/2 cup of
-milk
-vanilla yogurt or plain yogurt

Directions 
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients,
Alternating between ice and the other ingredients
2. Blend until combined, about 2 minutes. Taste it- if it's too sweet add more berries, too thin add yogurt and if too thick add milk.
3. Blend it again for another and give it a stir. If you don't like the little bits from the fruit, you can strain your smoothie.
4. Serve cold in a cup or glass. Makes 1-2 servings.
