Together (a rex and ashoka love story)

Finally!

IT'S PARTY TIME!!!!!!

----------------------------Ashoka's POV------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ashoka awoke by the ringing of her alarm clock, She slapped the top of it and it stopped. She walked to her dresser and grabbed a pair of fresh clothes, put them on and started to head for the door. That is when something caught her eye. It was her calendar, the date was January 30th (totally made that up!) and it was circled. It was her birthday, Her 16th birthday to be exact. "YEESS!!!" ashoka yelled excitedly. She ran out the door skipping down the halls, Smiling,Waving to all who passed her. Once she reached Rex's door she knocked "*knock knock knock*  OH REXTER!!" she chirpped. But there was no answer. So her curiosity getting the best of her she opened the door. "Rex?" she said as she walked into his room. It was messy. There were clothes all over, armor pieces sprawled about, spare pistols and other guns, And worst of all! She saw a pair of his underware on the floor next to a pile of dirty clothes!!! (gross..) Then she turned her head to the bunk where rex lay sleeping. "He looks so peaceful and cute" Ashoka thought to herself. His blankets a mess all over his bed half covering his torso. "dang" She thought (XD SORRY) Then he started to wake up "krif!" she thought "umm..ashoka? What are you doing in here?" he asked rubbing his eye still half asleep. "oh, sorry! it's just i have great news!" She said excitedly again "oh yeah? and whats that littl'un? he asked "today is my 16th borthday!" ashoka said beaming with joy and excitment. "Really? that's great!" Rex told her "hehe she doesn't know that i already knew it's her birthday! i have it all planned already!" Rex thought deviously to himself. "YUP! I can't wait to share my birthday with everyone...But no jedi" She said "Why no jedi?" Rex asked curiously "well on my 15th birthday they went all out and made it awkward for me....I do NOT want that again" she said seriously. "okay then, Maybe me and the boys will whip up something quick and nice for ya" Rex said and winked at ashoka. She rolled her eyes and walked out the door and headed for the mess hall. 

------Rex's POV------------------

So rex got out of bed, And put on his armor. After that he started to make his way to the mess hall. "Sir!" fives called walking towards Rex. "What is it fives?" Rex asked "We have the cake and all the decorations set up on top of the 2nd base!" (they are on corousant and they are gonna party on top of a base) Fives informed Rex "Good! just don't let her find out okay? i want this to be a suprise. Oh, And don't tell her it was ALL my idea, Okay?" Rex asked Fives "Sir yes sir!" Fives said and walked with Rex to the mess. They arrived at the mess to find ashoka sitting with wolfe, echo, cody, waxer and boil and a few other of rex's men. They got their food and went to sit at the table where they all were. "Happy birthday ashoka!" fives told her "Thanks fives" she said smiling and they ate the rest of her food. "So what do you have planned for tonight?" Wolfe asked ashoka "i..don't know. Rex said he might whip up something quick?" she said confused "hmm maybe we'll give you a little kiddy party. You know, Pony rides and princesses!" Cody teased. "not funny cody" She said giving him a *your an idiot look*. "Don't worry i'm not an idiot like cody, I can actually party!" Rex said. Cody just stuck his tounge out at Rex and continued eating. So all of them finished their food and they all headed down the halls together. Well this is our stop" Cody informed all the others that weren't waxer and boil. "your going to the gym? On a saturday?" Ashoka asked. "Yeah i mean we don't wanna be fat like Rex" waxer joker "HEY! watch your mouth you little shebsea" Rex yelled at waxer. He just laughed and they went into Gym. But what ashoka didn't know was that all of her gifts were in there and those 3 were on wrapping duty. "Well me, Echo and the others are gonna go...do..stuff..." Fives said suspiciously. "Okay?" ashoka said getting suspicious. "well it's just you and me littl'un!" Rex told ashoka pushing her slightly with his elbow. She smiled up at him and he smiled at her. "i wouldn't mind if all i did for my birthday was hang out with rex.." Ashoka thought to herself. The two of them went to the market to pick up some supplies for "anakin" but really it was for the party. "Why does my master need fruits Rex?" she asked "i..don't know..i found it better to not ask" Rex said looking at a list. After they got the fruits, Rex went off to the kitchen and left ashoka at the library to study for a little while. "okay put these on top of the cake okay?" he told the chef. Then Rex went off to find ashoka again. But she wasn't in the library. So Rex called her over his comm "Ashoka? Where are you?" he asked "i'm in my room i wanted to rest a while" She told him. So he left her to sleep. And he went to the top of the base to check on his crew. "how goes it boys?" he asked "All good captain" kix informed him.------About two hours later Rex called ashoka over the comm again "ASHOKA, THERES AND EMERGENCY! HURRY AND GET TO WHERE I AM" he yelled through the comm "okay ill be there as fast as i can!" she replied. Half an hour later she arrived at the top of the base where they all were. "SUPRISE!!!" They all yelled simultaniously. "what the-" ashoka started she looked very suprised! "happy birthday littl'un" Rex told her and winked at her. She smiled and went to check everything out. "this is amazing thank you all!" she said to all of them "its was all Re-" echo started but got nudged in the side by dogma. "oh right.." echo whispered slightly. Ashoka looked confused but she brushed it off as nothing. "wanna open your gifts?" Rex asked her "YESS!!" she yelled excitedly. So they all sat on the ground. except echo, he had to hand out her gifts to her. "Okay first ones from wolfe!" he told her and tossed her the gift. She opened it and it was a knife with her initials engraved in it "oh my god! Thanks so much wolfe i'll keep it in my boot just in case i need to stab someone" She said and laughed. After all the other gifts Rex went over to ashoka and handed his gift to her himself. It was special. She opened the box and she nearly teared up at what she found. "Rex...i..its beautiful!" she said it was a beautiful bracelet. it was silver with circles and blue gemstones within all the circles. She put it on and looked at rex "thank you i love it and i promise i will never take it off" she said and hugged him. Then all the others came in for a group hug. "CAKE TIME" Hardcase yelled. the cake was cut and ready. They all sat around and ate their cake and listened to music. After they ate their cake most of them started dancing. Then ashoka and rex's favorite song came on *Ho hey by the lumineers*  Ashoka swayyed her body slightly dancing when Rex came over to her "may i have this dance?" he asked offering his hand (not in marrige) She smiled and agreed and they danced together and sang along to the song. They looked eachother in the eyes and sang the song together "i belong with you and you belong with me in my sweet heart!" they sang together looking eachother in the eyes. Ashoka blushed slightly and looked away. After the dancing and partying it was about 1 in the morning and they had work the next day. So Rex walked Ashoka back to her room. "this was awesome Rex. Thank you" she said "nows your chance rex" Rex thought to himself "Ashoka? i need to tell you something" he said. He looked her in the eyes "I..have felt um..this way for a long time..i..um..i really like you ashoka..i care about you" he said. Ashoka looked at her feet and said "i feel the same way rex.." she was looking at her feet and rex lifted her chin so they were looking at eachother and rex kissed her. After all that they went to their rooms and once they did Rex did a dance celebrating and thought "YES FINALLY!!" and same for ashoka they were FINALLY together!....till next chapter!
