"OW!! WHAT WAS THAT FOR!!" the human girl I was with, pouted as she rubbed her abused head after being smack quite strong than a normal human punch with my fist. Which in fact didn't subside my great annoyance and vein popping on my head even just one bit.
"That, my dear, is for almost giving me a heart attack" I said, shaking my head as I look out of the horrizon and feeling the cold night wind whizzed past my face. We were ridding a huge black griffin and the other fact that this human was able to make this creature obey her is beyond my understanding.

"Do you think she's... that??" Ai said, making me frown. We were the only ones left after the ambush and though it was a bad experience... It's nothing compared to how worst I'd felt when I first came here. I sighed before answering Ai.
"I hope so----"
"LOOK OUT!!"

I openned my eyes, feeling worst on the cold hard ground. My body is covered in cuts and brushes. It was just thanks that I'm not... too human... that I was able to suvive that fall. If only that hellhound didn't popped out of nowhere and breathed fire against us, we wouldn't have fall down the cliff and ended me unconscious.
I just hope that Artifical Intelligence was able to save her. Because if not, we can never go back to our world again. And if she died, it will also be the end of us. Suddenly, I saw a light from the distance. There must be people there so I forced myself to get help. Unfortunately, what I find isn't a group of human survivors. But rather a group of Orcs, hungry Orcs, as they all devoured living humans.
I was in thin ice for a second there as I was chased by the Orcs who spotted the scent of my blood, until a girl around my age threw smoke bomb at us. She pulled me out and ran away towards a safe place. However, a black arrow whizzed past dangerously closed to my face, indicating the Orcs are gaining on us.
We both ran fast as adrenaline run our system. I looked at the definitely human girl with me who seems to be smilling thinly despite the danger. She has assymetrical electric blue hair and orange eyes.

I looked back, smirking in the process at our chasers as we both run as if our life depends on it.
However, it was wipped off instantly the moment we saw a cliff in the distance and forced us to stop. We both look back and saw the Orcs had finally caught up to us, blocking our way. "Dammit..." I hissed under my breath, knowing that we're trap and will finally end up as food for them. The girl grabbed my hand and smiled even more.
"Sorry guys!!" she cheered "But we don't plan on dying here tonight!!"
Before I could even register what was happening, she pulled me and jumped off the cliff with her. "ARE YOU CRAZY!!" I screamed on the top of the lungs feeling the air violently whizzed past my body...

Suddenly, I felt my body burn in pain and I cough up violently. The wounds I've recieved after that carcrash earlier isn't helping either. "I hope they're alright..." I thought, wondering where the silverettes have been. Just thinking about how we ended up in this situation sends me fear for the first time.
It was a really fearsome experience to jump that incredible height until she whistled as loud as she can. I thought I was gonna die and the next thing I knew, we were now ridding a huge black griffin and away from our demise. "Who are you??" I asked suspiciously looking back as she smile even more, literally enjoying the flight.
"My name's Ayame Komori" she said, looking back at me. Suddenly, I snapped my head towards her and shock painted my face.
"Are you somehow related to a certain fragile bolnde and pink eyed maiden who ended up living six sadistic vampire brothers??"
"Yup!! I'm Yui Komori's cousin!! How did you know her??"
I look down, thinking about if I should trust this girl. I don't know if she's associated with Richter or not but I should at least keep quiet for a while just to play safe----
"Don't worry..." she said in a serious tone, catching my attention "I'm not here to hurt you, Kira Kuroba-san"
My eyes widden and I instictively took my foldable knife in my backpocket and raised it threateningly at her. "How did you know my name??" I hissed "TELL ME!!"
"You, Ai Kiraze, Chi Asagi Komori, Amaya Hayashi, Nadia Komori, Skye Ainsworth, Paige Ainsworth, me and four more others" she said, making my eyes wide "...were all chosen and sent here by that man from another world"
"Y-you mean..??" I gasped in disbelief and she nodded.
"We all came here not just because we all lost a deal with him but because of a certain purpose... and that is to become the twelve guardians of Osma"
"Wait-wait-wait-wait-wait!!" I exclaimed in confusion "If we are all gathered here for something big like that, how did you know all this stuffs when we don't?? Besides... we were all instructed to find the blessed woman not to be some gardians crap"
"That is because our job is to accompany the Goddess Osma to the Castle of Alissa and revive Velma, the divine protector, in order to save the world from its destruction..." she continued "I'm not that too familiar about the details of how this mission will be but as of now... that is the only thing I know that could help"
I shook my head in confusion for the umpteenth time. This is too much to take. "How did you know all this??"
"I'm an avid fan of myths and legends..." she said now being cheerfull "especially horror and creepy ones!!"
