This is Sanosuke and Kenshin. Kenshin is the one with the orangish long hair and crossed shape scar on his left cheek. And Sanosuke is the one with the spiky black hair. They're also crime fighters. Sanosuke fights with his bare heads while Kenshin uses a reversed sided sakabato that only injures his opponent REALLY badly. That's all cause the anime is hard to explain.
