DDM- You're sick(ash)

Your pov: age 10

Today was a different day. Your normal bubbly self disappeared. Instead you were sick. You were curled up in bed holding your stomach trying not be sick. You closed your eyes completely exhausted from staying up all night. Your dad came in to wake you up for school and he noticed you curled up on the verge of tears. "Baby? What's wrong?" He asks gently. "Daddy I was up all night throwing up and I didn't want to wake you up." He sighed and took your temperature. 101.5 it read. It wasn't bad but you knew you weren't going to school. You just closed your eyes and you were out like a light.

A few hours later you still didn't feel good. Your dad gave you medicine and you managed to keep it down. Which is a good thing. You were feeling a little better. So you decided to go downstairs. Your dad was a little shocked to see you up out of bed.

Over the next couple days you got better. You were back to your bubbly and energetic 10 year old self
