Gerard: Well, I've always been empathetic towards everyone's feelings. Growing up with a younger brother always helped me, and staying with Ryan always helps... Frankie's really taught me a lot about how to stay open to other people's feelings and know I can't always get my way all the time.

Patrick: My real reason for planning it was to just help Pete. I've always liked him and I knew it was really my fault. Lying to Mikey was just sort of a on the spot thing and I had never planned to get punched in the face for it.
