Chapter 20

Gerard's P.O.V

I wake up the next morning with the biggest headache ever. Ugh how much did I drink last night?

Then I remember what I did. I freakin kissed Alyssa on the cheek.

Oh she's going to think I'm weird. But it felt good though. Oh God she's going to think I'm a perv.

If she doesn't already think so.

I go downstairs and she's already there.

" Hi ." Alyssa says

" Hi." I say

" I figured you were going to be hungover so I made you some really strong coffee." Alyssa says

" Thanks." I say as I grab the cup.

She makes the best coffee ever. As I sip my coffee the headache goes away.

I go over and rinse my cup.

" Thanks I feel much better now." I say

" Good because the guys called earlier. I'm apparently MCR is helping build a house for some reason. And we start today." Alyssa says

" Awesome." I say sarcastically

" Hey look at it this way. You're giving back." Alyssa says

" Yea I guess you're right." I say

" Aren't I always?" Alyssa asks

I roll my eyes and sit down at the table.

" So who drove the others home last night?" I ask

She goes and sit across from me. Damn I love her hair.

" Ray drove Mikey and Frank home." Alyssa says

"well at least I know my brother is save with Ray." I say

" Yea. You were really crazy last night." Alyssa says

" I always get like that no need to worry." I say

I'm not sure who I was telling not to worry. Alyssa or myself.

Sometimes I can't help it if I drink a lot of alcohol. It just sort of happens I guess.

She tugs a strand of hair from behind her ear and it falls in front of her face covering half of it.

She also bites her lips .

Ugh she's so perfect. She makes me feel well imperfect. If that makes any sense.

" So..." Alyssa starts

" Yea." I say

" the boys are coming over and we are all heading over to the place in one car. So we better start getting ready." Alyssa says

" Yea we should." I say

I go upstairs to my room and she goes to hers.

I take a shower and get changed. Soon I am rushing down the stairs but not running I don't want to fall like I did last time.

I see Alyssa already there.

" How did you get down here so fast ?" I ask

" I just showered really fast." Alyssa says

She smiles at me and I can't help but smile back. I swear her smile is infectious.

Soon the doorbell rings and she opens it to Frank.

" Hi Frank." Alyssa says

" Hi Alyssa." Frank says as he gives her a hug

She hugs him back really tight but it's not a long one.
