Chapter 26

I wake up the next morning really early. I wasn't tired at all.

Surprisingly since the amount of drama that went down last night.

I get out of my bed and go knock on Gerard's door.

He opens it in surprise and his dark hair is messy from sleeping.

" Hi." Gerard says

" Hi." I say as I go inside

" What are you in here for?" Gerard asks

" Starting your rehabilitation." I say

He nods his head takes out the bags and bags of drugs . I widen my eyes I shock because i didn't realize he had so much.

"This is all of it." Gerard says

I take the bags and go down the stairs. Gerard follows me curious as to what I am doing.

" Where are you going?" Gerard asks

" You'll see." I say

I go outside in the front yard and over to the dumpster across the street.

Gerard still follows close behind. I open the dumpster and fling the bags into it.

Gerard stares at the dumpster wide eyed.

" There we go." I say

" I didn't realize it would be that simple." Gerard says

" It's not that simple. There's also the need to get over the urge to do them." I say

" You don't have to worry about it. Ever since you told me to stop I've stopped." Gerard says

" That's good." I say

We walk back into the house and I decide to make some coffee. When it is finished I sip my coffee glad for how strong it was.

I needed it. I was pretty tired.

"You look like shit." Gerard says

" Thanks for noticing Gee because every girl wants to hear that they look like shit." I say

I can be pretty sarcastic in the mornings.

" But you still look beautiful ." Gerard says

I giggle at myself. Gerard can make you angry then blush. It's funny.

"What are you doing today?" I ask

"I don't know. I thought maybe I'd invite the guys over and maybe you can invite Liza too." Gerard says

" That would be great." I say

He smiles and pulls out his phone. Probably to text the guys.

" They will be right over." Gerard says

" Ok I'll text Liza." I say

Me: Hey do you want to come over to Gee's the other guys are going to come.

Liza: Sure bestie I'll be right over.

" Liza will be here shortly too." I say

He smiles at me and I smile back. How did I end up with such a sweet guy.

Sometimes I wonder what I did to deserve Gerard.

" What are you thinking about?" Gerard asks

" Just wondering what I did to deserve you." I say

" You didn't have to do a thing." Gerard says with a smile

I blush and go out to the living room. But soon the door bell is ringing and I open it to Liza.
