Broken

I cry when I see someone happy,

for all the times I thought we were meant to be

I cry when I remember,

all the fake promises that you said I deserved

I cry when you disgust me,

for the times I believed, you loved me

I cry for the times I trusted

a person like you, more than myself

You broke me

I don't have pieces to prove

I cry for the times

when I thought, it was just me and you.
