Do you get a sick feeling without being sick
Do you feel something is wrong deep inside
Like some unknown thing is eating you away
Like your inside has gone Gray
Do you get the feeling that you throat is constricting
Like a lump in your throat that you can't seem to swallow
Do you feel sinking through the floor and the feeling that follow
Like your bones turned hollow
When your senses are yelling to not feel anything
It creeps in when you lack something
When you aren't strong or when not ready
It grips you tight and make you unsteady
Your adrenaline shots up
Your heart start pumping a lot
You want to run and hide from this sickness
Just a place where you can feel safe
Your ears are red
Everyone can hear your heart drums
Your mind goes blank
No one seems to be there
No voice can pierce that drumming sound in ears
No one can explain their fears
Did you ever feel this way
And you are afraid of feeling it again
You realize that you are not so great
