I know I am alive
I hear my heart beating
even when vaguely
It proves I am alive
I know you don't see,
light in my eyes
the dark doesn't mean,
I am going to die
I know I am alive
You can check my feeble pulse,
may be it's not drumming
But it still exists
I know I am alive
As I can hear my thoughts
They do make sense
Even when they are full of pain
I know I am alive
To see the day
when I will die of happiness
and not the tragedies
