can you stay by my side
in this little island i've evolved into?
because my nights are always a little cold
without you.i know i'm not the warmest
these chilly nights always make me
tear up; i suffocate on snowflakes
i'm unsteadybe my penguin, waddle with me
in this land of ice and snow;
snuggle with me, teach me warmth
don't let me grow coldand make me feel alive again
i'm tired of being frozen still
perpetual sorrow; it's draining
free memaybe you'll melt my heart, thaw
this frost, then sing for spring to come
let the flowers decorate us in peace
we'll humand promise you won't leave me
even when my lands blossom and shine
forget the tundras for a moment; we'll fix it
just please be mineand you shall stay with me:
a penguin on a tropical island, yes
we'll make things work somehow; i promise
don't leave me in distressand so let it be odd
let the world judge us for what we are
as long as we're happy, we're fine
just me and my penguin
we won't diewe'll make it out somehow
i promise
you'll see, you won't need ice to be;
i'll make sure we're happy.just you and me
for all eternity
we'll be
just fine.yes?
