People's feet are often offer a door to what they're thinking. For example, if you approach two people talking and they turn their torso to you but not their
feet, they'd prefer you left them alone. Similarly if you're talking to someone and their feet are pointing away from you, they want to escape.
So In other words, To know if someone is interested in a conversation look at their feet, if they are pointing towards you, they are. If they are pointing sideways or any other direction, they aren't.
