Have you ever had an exam, a talk or a lecture ,or an interview to give and youre terrified ? Well, worry no morethe power to change all of this is in your mind, and will take only two minutes in your daily routine.
1. Testosterone and cortisol hormone
Recent research shows that More powerful leaders and smart people tend to have higher levels of
testosterone and lower levels of cortisol. Higher levels of testosterone (in both men and women) lead to increased feelings of confidence.
Meanwhile,lower levels of cortisol lead to decreased anxiety and an improved ability to deal with stress.This basically means that..you're biologically primed to be more
assertive, confident, and relaxed. At the same time, you will be less reactive to stress and more likely to handle pressure situations well when you embrace this hormones. In other words, the correct hormone levels can make you feel more confident and less stressed.Okay so here's the deal!!
Try high power posses.
Research shows that High power
poses increased testosterone by 20
percent and decreased cortisol levels by 25 percent.If you're feeling stressed a few minutes before your next presentation, interview, or meeting take a moment to adjust your posture and stand in a powerful position. Put your hands on your hips, keep your chin up, and your chest out.
Doing this for just two minutes will raise your testosterone and increase your confidence, while also decreasing your cortisol and improving your ability to handle stress.
The most powerful leaders don't merely think a certain way, they carry themselves a certain way. You should do the same. Oprah does it,Beyonce does it,Michael Jackson, Obama, Mariah and all of them .simple body hack but works.

1.Avoid. People who make you sad and depressed before an exam.so instead of hanging out in a group of nervous people before an exam, 30 mins before the exam get your testosterone levels high by hanging out with a bunch of happy people
2. Jog around before the exam .jogging is the new drug to make your day elated and sharp
3. Avoid sad ballads before an exam.
4. Just mind your body languay for heavens sake!
