Plot: Love the idea of just asking yourself a question a day. In my opinion, that was very original and unique. Some questions are normal questions that someone would ask you but some are just a bit random that you have to think for a while before you answer. Just love the idea.

Title: No better way to describe it in a short title although there is one main problem: misinterpretation. 'QOTD' usually means 'quote of the day' so that is the first impression of the reader although the quote in the cover gives some confusion because it has no relation to the quotes.
Grammar: there could be spelling mistakes but I haven't found any yet
