This is a one shot story. Ayon sa kanyang author's note, nabanggit niya na this is a sequel to her work "Summer Class". I have not read that one but I think it would be nice to check that out, too.
This is very short but sweet and somekinda sad. At hindi ako sumasang-ayon sa ibang mga commenters na nagsasabing sana may kasunod or isinulat niya ito nang mas maraming chapters. This story is not asking for more pages. What it does need is more readers. So, please, go ahead and give the read it deserves.
"Your first love, great as it may seem, may not necessariliy be your last love. So enjoy it while it last."
Ayaw ko sana 'yang ilagay dito kasi masyado siyang spoiler ng kuwento pero na-a-amaze lang kasi ako. Sa ikli ng kuwentong ito, may quotable quote pa akong nakuha. Maganda ang 1st person POV nito. It's like having an inuman session with a friend na nagre-reminisce. Damang-dama mo ang emotions na unti-unting nailalabas habang patagal ng patagal ang inuman. Alam mo 'yon? Hindi na kinakailangan ng brain mong mag-isip masyado kung ano ang sinasabi niya. Kasi sa bawat kataga, nararamdaman mo ang ibig sabihin. Hindi maliko.
Kung may ikaka-criticize man dito, maybe it is for the length. May iba kasing mga readers na naiiklian talaga dito. Pero I reiterate na, for me, tama lang ang haba niya.
Guys, I hope you give this work a try. Mabilis man siya, I'm sure it would be enough to touch you. I'm sure a lot of you could relate to this.
