Jungkook scoffed after reading the letter without fully realising what he had just done, and when he did, he covered his mouth in regret. He was worried about losing Yoongi.

And he really didn't want the distance between them to turn him into a monster. He didn't want to hate Yoongi, ever, and he grew scared, because that's exactly how he felt.

Jungkook shoved the letter at the bottom of his backpack, and as much as his heart urged him to, he didn't write a reply.

Because in that second, all Jungkook selfishly thought was about leaving Yoongi hanging, the way Yoongi had left him hanging.

Yoongi had left a letter that day though, but Jungkook didn't know that.
