Ever since that day
When I saw you went away
Heart beating slow along the way
Without a single word to say
As magnolias wilted to hay
While my eyes slowly shut from the last rayBreak upon my grave and cry
But thou hast been warned
Someday yes, I might die
The last sonner will sound
Read the words that will never lie
Taken away by hell's houndSo long, and miss me not
Tell my mama and papa I love them so
Whilst these hands turn black and blue
And my tanned skin turn pale white
Drip, drip, drip; blood red notes written on the floor
Forming a set that rung of pain and anguishLet it be the last swan song
That rings with silent screams
So that people will know how
Pain changes one's life.
