 "Brother bonding day?" Gerard said as he opened up the door to their house. Mikey nodded.

"Brother bonding day." Mikey agreed. He was holding onto his bag tightly. "I just want to take a shower first." Mikey disappeared upstairs. Gerard smiled to himself, and pulled out his phone. He had a text from Frank.

Frank: Hey. How is Mikey doing?

Gerard: Good, good. Better. He is talking. We are going to have a brother bonding time day.

Frank: Nice. Have fun. Give Mikey my love. Ray says hi.

Upstairs, Mikey was plugging in his phone. He saw the text from Pete, but ignored it. He wasn't ready to talk to Pete again, at least not yet. It would be horrible if Pete figured out who he was.

Wait. Mikey knew things about him now. He knew that Pete likes romance movies, and that he has a tumblr.

Mikey could ruin Pete.

But he won't.

He is not going to do that. He isn't that type of person.

There may have also been a small piece of him that still believed that Pete was a good guy on the inside.
