Power Outage

You held the blankets tighter around you inching closer to Harry as the thunderstorm outside worsened, your eyes darted to the television trying to concentrate on the movie and forget about the storm. "Don't worry babe." Harry promised sensing your discomfort as he ran his fingers through your hair, "Just watch the movie." "I can't." You whimpered hearing the thunder once more causing your teeth to chatter. "It's just a storm." Harry responded as the power suddenly went, your whole house now pitch black. "It's just a storm." You mumbled under your breath suddenly angry as you tried to find your way to the bedroom, "Where are you going?" Harry demanded instantly getting up and going after you. "To sleep!" You announced throwing your arms in the air furiously, "What else is there to do?" Harry sighed pulling on his hair a small smirk appearing on his lips, "I can think of a few things."

Liam:"OH MY GOD!!" All the boys yelled at once just as the power went out, "REALLY?" Louis demanded angrily dropping his Xbox controller to the ground, "THE POWER HAD TO GO OUT RIGHT NOW?" You bit your lip trying to hold in your laughter. Liam shook his head slowly making his way over to you as he tried to find his way in the pitch black, and sitting beside you."Hey!" Louis exclaimed as Liam leaned in to kiss you knowing what was going on even though he couldn't see it. "What now?" Liam chuckled shaking his head. "Just because the power is out doesn't give you two the right, we can still see you both." "See what?" You questioned raising your eyebrows. "See you two making out." "We weren't making out!" "Oh god here we go again!" Niall rolling his eyes. "Take it to the bedroom." Harry suggested pointing to the staircase. "How about," Liam smiled pointing to the door, "You guys just take it out the door?" Liam suggested sassily. All the boys huffed crossing their arms angrily. Louis's blue eyes narrowed at Liam shaking his head, "I'm getting tired of your sass Payne."

Zayn:"Mommy! I'm scared!" Your four year old daughter Stacy ran to you jumping on your lap hiding in chest, instantly scared by the power outage. "I don't like the dark mommy." Stacy whispered nervously, "Turn the lights back on, I'm scared." "We can't Stacy." You responded kissing her forehead. "Don't worry though," Zayn giving her a reassuring smile, "I'll protect you, okay?" Stacy shook her head fiercely, "What if the monsters come?" Stacy demanded her voice full of fear. "They won't come." You promised. "How do you know?" Stacy questioned sucking her thumb nervously on the verge tears. "Because I already got rid of them." Zayn responded giving you a quick smile. "You did?" Stacy gasped in shock, "Yes." Zayn nodded his head hugging her close to his chest, "I did." "Weren't you scared Daddy?" Stacy asked curiously. "Yea they were really big and mean." Zayn nodded his head as you smiled happily. "Are you okay though Daddy?" Stacy demanded. "Yea," Zayn responded giving you another wide smile, "I'm okay."

Louis:"This could be a problem." Louis stated as you both stared into the darkness around you. "No shit." You mumbled under your breath rolling your eyes. "Hey!" Louis exclaimed. "I'm going to find a flashlight." You sighed carefully getting up spreading your arms out as you walked trying not to hit anything. "We don't have any flashlights." Louis remembered. "Great." You mumbled finding your way back. "Come on," Louis started, "It's not so bad. At least we're together." "I just don't like sitting in the dark." "Who said we had to sit?" Louis demanded letting out a laugh as he took his Ipod out of his pocket turning the music on, then slowly reaching for your hands. "Come on love, lets dance." You instantly irrupted in laughter as Louis started to dance crazily, "Louis," You giggled, "Stop." "NEVER!" Louis exclaimed with a loud crash coming right after. "Louis?" You asked urgently trying to find him in the dark, "Are you okay?" "I'm fine." Louis responded letting out a sigh. "What happened?" You demanded "I think," Louis began slowly rising his right leg limping a little as he made his way towards you, "I crashed into the TV."

Niall:"SOMEBODY TURN THE POWER BACK ON!!" Niall yelled. "Niall!" You hissed, "Stop yelling." "WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO Y/N?" Niall continued yelling. "How about calming down?" You suggested. "Fine." Niall drew in a deep breath, "I'll try to calm down." "Thank you." "I'll be right back." Niall got up leaving you alone in the utter darkness. You let out a giggle hearing the fridge open. When Niall came back with his food, your face was bright red as you continued laughing. "What's so funny?" Niall demanded. "Nothing," You shook your head, "It's just, since the power's out and you opened the fridge well..." "Well what?" Niall asked you sternly. "Well, now all the food is going to be spoiled." "WHAT?!?" Niall yelled. "Oh," You giggled," I didn't tell you?" "NO! YOU DIDN'T!" You shrugged your shoulders as Niall quickly ran through your dark house and back into the kitchen to save all the food, "Must of forgotten."
