Leia's POV

"Uh, h-hi," the new girl stutters, "I'm Ally."

At that, my eyes widen. She can't possibly be the same girl, can she?

"Leia?" my teacher says.

I snap out of my thoughts and look up. "Yes, sir?"

"Since there is an empty desk next to you, why don't you let Ally sit next to you," he says, and I nod.

"Of course," I say with a smile.

Ally slowly makes her way to the desk next to me.

I get out a piece of paper to write a note to Ally, so I can get to know her without disturbing the class.

Hi :)

I fold the piece of paper and pass it to to her.

She looks at the paper, then at me, and points to herself. I nod, letting her know that the note was for her.

She opens the note, reads it, writes something down, re-folds it, and passes it back to me.

I open the note to see what she says.

*Note Convo*

A: Hello

L: So you're from America. Me too. What state?

A: Kentucky, you?

L: New York

A: Why the move?

L: Long story, you?

A: Well, it's kinda crazy...

L: Tell me :)

A: Well, I came here for summer vacation, and I met a guy at the beach.

L: Tell me about him.

A: He was absolutely amazing and a complete dork. He had the most adorable giggle and the most beautiful hazel eyes I had ever seen. He was so sweet.

L: Sounds amazing!

A: It was. I fell in love with him almost immediately...

L: Wow. What's his name?

A: Ashton Irwin.

I knew it!

L: Is he the reason you moved?

A: I begged my parents to let me move out here, so yeah, he is. I don't even know what school he goes to. I didn't really think this through, did I?

L: Walk with me after class. I wanna show you something.

That's when the bell rings.

I look at Luke. "Meet me in our next class? I wanna bond with the new girl a bit."

Luke raises an eyebrow, but nods anyway. "Alright, see you next class, my angel," he says and kisses my forehead.

After Luke leaves, I turn to Ally.

"Was that your boyfriend?" she asks.

Honestly, I'm not really sure what Luke and I are right now.

"Kind of. It's a little complicated."

Ally nods in understanding. "So, what are you wanting to show me?"
"Oh, right! Follow me," I say, grabbing her hand and dragging her through the hallway.

I spot Ashton by his locker, and I turned to Ally. "Wait right here, okay?"

"Uh, okay?" she says, unsure.

"I'll be right back. I promise."

I quickly to over to Ashton and yell, "Ash!"

He flinched, but when he turns around, he lets out a sigh of relief. "God, Leia. You scared the hell out of me!"

"Ashton, I have a surprise for you!" I say mischieviously.

"Leia, you know I hate surprises," he groans.

"You'll love this one, trust me."

"Okay, what is it?"

I take his arm and start dragging him to where Ally is.

"More like, who is it," I say.

I take Ashton to Ally, who was turned around, and tap her shoulder.

Once she turns around and sees Ash, both pairs of eyes go wide.

"Ashton!?"

"Ally!?"

"Oh my god!" they say at the same time, and Ally jumps into Ashton's open arms.

"I thought you were going back to America!" Ashton exclaims.

"I begged my parents to let me move out her so I could be with you!" Ally replies, with tears of joy in her eyes.

"I love you."

"I love you too, Ash," and that's when Ashton plants a kiss on her lips.

Well, my work here is done.

The bell rings, and I rush to my next class.
