Raelyn is sick

*lang pov*

" Babe dont be angry okay " i said .
Freak , she isn't replying me . Not the cold shoulders again . " babe , sorry dont be angry okay . I let you go to work tomorrow okay " i said trying to make her chill . " Okay fine " she said still abit coldly . Just then Raelyn break the silence by crying , we went to her room together .

* Xiaoman pov *

Thank goodness Raelyn broke the silence . We went to the room together , and i guess she was hungry . The last time i feed her was afew hours ago , i went to prepare the milk while lang stayed in her room . Raelyn is almost one years old in afew months time , me and lang is planning to throw a party at our house . Hope we have enough time to plan a big party .
" Goodnight babe " i said
" Goodnight " he said kissing my checks before turning to bed .

* The next day _ xm pov *

The alarm rang , i woke up and get ready will lang is still sleeping like a pig . Once i was ready i saw him coming down the stairs .
" Gosh do you know you were sleeping like a pig . " I teased him .
" Tsk . "
" Its true so admit it " i said
" Fine fine you win " he 'surrender' , we ended up bursting in laughter.
" Okok jokes aside , lets go to work now babe "
" Okay " he replied winking . After that we went to work , after a long time .

* Office _ xm pov *

I heard a knock on the door , without looking who was that i immediately replied " come in " .
" Babeee its 3pm and u havent eaten lunch " it was lang ...
" Im not hungry plus cant you see im busy . " I replied
" Okay do u want me to buy a sandwich for u "
" No thanks " i said . He gave me his puppy eye . " Fine fine " i replied and 'surrender' . There is two case now , since my team could not do much without me the past few days . I found afew leads and will be going out to look for more evidence .
After awhile lang came back , we ate and talk about our case at the same time . Just then i received a phone call from Chloe .

" Hello " xm
" Oh hi . Raelyn is having fever , we just came back from the doctors " Chloe
" Oh erm thanks , tell me the doctor fee later . I pay you back , thanks " xm
" You dont have to , anyway welcome " Chloe

※End calls※

" Babe who called " lang asked curiously  .
" Chloe , Raelyn is running a fever " i sighed
" Oh okay i get going . " He said , after that he left my office .
Since Raelyn is sick , it means i have to go back home and ot.  I cant possibly let lang take care of Raelyn , he would not be able to manage . Well to be very honest lang is not very good with kids , especially young kids thus i need to be there to save him from his nightmare . I never thought i will fit well with kids until Raelyn came to this world , maybe she came to prove me wrong . She came to tell me more about myself .
