Constipation.
First a warning twinge,
of your most shameful creation.
After release comes a cringe,
from your creation's causation.
A sudden backlash!
You expected its floatation?
Well here comes a splash,
in which there's no cessation!
As you sit as a squatter,
in the bowels' workstation,
you've been raped by water!
Feel the consternation!
So listen to your elders and eat your fiber and your beans.
Do your meditation,
and swallow all those leafy greens.
For if they don't make a soft formation,
face the dreaded splashback,
of dreadful constipation!
