Wattpad has this feature that stops you from voting after you have "voted too much." It is literally one of the most annoying things ever because I don't like moving on to the next chapter of a story unless I vote for it first.
When the error message pops up saying I can no longer vote, you have to wait 2 hours or more to start voting again.
