Are You Reading This

I just had a random thought: do some people notice when an author responds to their comment, or do they just assume it's another reader?

Sometimes I'll be reading a book and get a reply. I later realize that it was the author who responded, because I didn't see the author's name on their book when I began reading.

Also, another random question: do you guys read my chapter titles? I sometimes don't even take into account what the chapter titles are when I'm reading. Oops.
