Selena's POV

I open the door slowly as Edward keeps smiling knowing I'm a little bit much nervous. I take a quick peek and get inside.

The room is cute and exactly for one person. I see Ray on the bed ... sleeping with like 5 scars on his face which I have to admit, he looks hotter than hell with those on. LOL

We sit on the sofa and start talking in low voice while Ray's sleeping.

Ray's POV

It's morning and I hear some voices in my room, I'm wondering who might wake me up, of course my mother. But no, it's not her.

I can hear two people talking in low voice, I can tell they're sitting on the sofa. I decide to pretend like I'm sleeping, just for fun. XD

I can spot Ed's voice from 2 miles away but the other voice is definitely not Harry.

He tells the other person he needs to go to bathroom. I can hear him opening and closing the door.

Selena's POV

I can't believe Edward left me in this difficult situation, but he doesn't know what this is about anyway so it's not his fault.

I keep starring at Ray. He's so gorgeous but with those scars on oh my God I totally blame myself. His hair is bad af, of course he's still sleeping but it looks cute.

"Haven't your mom told you that starring at people isn't a good gesture?" He says with his eyes shut.

Oh my God, I'm shocked. He opens his eyes and throw them on mine. I don't say a thing.

"Hi Selena!" he says getting in a better position and calling the nurse on the phone, this is a little bit funny.

"Hey Betty I'm awake. Can you bring me the breakfast please?" he says on the phone. I can tell he's being cold to me, a little.

I think I'm paralized, he stares at my eyes but I can't say a word! C'mon Selly he just said hi, you're supposed to say "Hi" back.

Edward opens the door and he goes directly at Ray's bed and shake his hand in some way boys do, they start smiling at each other, this is the first time is see Ray smiling in the last 5 days.

Edward: "How are you man, Oh my God you look terrible." lauhging

Ray: "I've been better buddy, thanks for coming I appreciate, I really do." He throw his eyes at me when he says the word 'thanks'.

Alright I gotta take the situation under control now.

Ray's POV

As I'm talking to Edward Selena stands up and both of us stay a little bit shocked. We are like "What happened?"

"Edward can you give me a minute with Ray please?" Selena asks in a really serious voice.

Ed doesn't reply, he just gets out of the room. Anyway what's Selly trying to do??

He gets closer to my bed. She start to talk but the opening of the door interupts her, it's Ed.

"Sorry both of you, Ray it's your breakfast man." He comes quickly leaves the food on the table next to my bed and leaves quickly "I'm gone, I'm gone, I'm gone." he's just being funny. I got a cmile on my face because of him.

He shuts the door and leaves me and Selena alone in the room, again.

"Look, I'm sorry. I came to apologize ..."

Selena's POV

He interupts me "Sorry for what?" He went to cold mode again. I'm so nervous and I totally regret the moment I told him to drive me home that day.

I reply "For leaving like that. I shouldn't have acted like that. You didn't deserve it. You was just being sencire with me about that girl. And in a way you're here because of me."

"I ain't here because of you, I'm here because of me...." he says "... I want back to the park after you left, I started smoking some cigarettes and three lowlives beated me up and got the money I had. I went back to the park because I decidet to, not you. So it's not your fault."

Oh my God is he being nice again taking the blame of me?

I'm taking some seconds to think what to say.

He spits some words as he get his eyes up, they meet mine.

"I'm in love with you, Selena." My heart is totally exploding right now. My eyes are wide open, I wasn't expecting something like this.

"You know it!" he continues "All the scars you see on my face ain't nothing, I've been in a fight before I've been hit like this before, but I've never been hit in the 'heart'".

"I love you, can't help it."

I say slowly "I love you too, Ray." I finally get the words out of my mouth. My heart races. But he doesn't look that surprised.

Ray's POV

She's in love with me. I guess this is good lol.

She gets closer opening her arms and gives me a soft hug resting her head on my shoulder. As she starts to get off me, our eyes meet and she stops.

I get my face closer to her and our lips meet each other. She's so sweet! Oh my God, I don't wanna stop this kiss.

As we're kissing, her hand put pressure on my chest which is very demaged, I feel a lot of pain.

"Oww! Please be careful!" I say.

She gets off me and gets where she was before saying sorry. I can tell she's very nervous and kind of relieved to be honest.

Edward opens the door and says "Selena, we have to go, we got school". She takes her bad from the sofa and starts walking out.

I wave at Edward as he walks out. Selena start to close the door but says something to me.

"Eat your breakfast" *smiling*.

I reply fast before she closes the door.

"I'll text you."
