When papyrus came...

Sans looked at the phone, "I..I'm fine..." He said weakly, "Just... P...please come...." He said as Alphys hung up the phone, Alphys nodded "Come on Sans eat" she said holding up a bowl of finished instant noodles. Papyrus ran through the door. "BROTHER!" He screamed running over to him. "WHAT DID I TELL YOU ABOUT RUNNING OFF....SANS.." He paused. Alphys looked up at him and quickly realized he was crying. Sans felt pain, his IV hurt, his brother was crying... He was dying... "P...pap..." He said holding back tears as he shivered, Alphys started sweating, she gaze them back. "DON'T WORRY BROTHER YOUR OKAY! YOU DON'T NEED.. THE GREAT... YOU'LL MAKE IT... R-RIGHT?" He made a weak smile. As he yawned it hurt, "Oww" he stopped and looked at his worried brother, "P...pap? I.. I'm dying..." He said through tears, "NO.." He said softly "NO SANS PLEASE!" Papyrus yelled. "YOUR MY.. ONLY BROTHER.." He started crying more. "Alphys? Pap might be a...able to h...heal..." He said weakly as his eyes got closer to shutting all the way, Papyrus paused. "HEAL?-" Alphys mumbled something making him pause. "Sans not in this timeline" Papyrus's eyesockets widened. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN NOT ON THIS TIMELINE?" He said frantically. "WAIT SANS DON'T LEAVE ME PLEASE" Papyrus cried.
