nandini was trying to make aashi sleep but she was not closing her eyes , moving her hands and playing with her hair
n=apko pata ha aashi, ap ekdam apne papa jaise ho... kabhi timese nahi sote. ap jab bari hogi then im sure, im going to have hard time handling both of u together.
she pecked her forehead when her cell rang
n=lo..tumhara papa ka name liya, and unka call agaya ..hello
m=kya horaha ha jaan, mere bareme soch rahiho??
n=jee nahi, main apni beti ko sulaneki koshish karrahithi
m=accha...jaan,phone speaker pe do na, aashi ki awaz sunni hain

nandini puts the phone on speaker close to aashi
n=aashii papa ko hello bolo..he is missing u
unknowingly aashi smiles and sweetly makes a chirping baby voice. manik on the other side of the phone, sitting on his chair rests his head on the chair
m=love u princess muaaahhh..
nandini puts off the speaker
n=hogaya?? ab jaw jakar kaam karo
m=well..aj office me waisa koi kaam nahi ha.. im being bored over here
n=manik.. tum bass ek ghanta pehle office gaye ho aur abhi bore hogaye???

n=manik no... dad ko help chahiye hoga then?? aur wasebhi main abhi bohot busy hu. mom ko help karna ha kitchen me, aur filhal aashi ko sula rahiho
m=wahi toa.. duniya bhar keliye time hain..sirf apne husband keliye nahi ha. chalo bye.

Manik returned from office early in the evening as they had to go to cabir's house for dinner. what made him awweee when he entered the bedroom was the most sweetest and rare sight to watch. aashi was sleeping on the bed and nandini beside her half lying on the bed , placed one hand on aashi holding her carefully was also asleep. it was a rare sight to watch for manik as it was always him and aashi who used to be found sleeping together, not nandini and aashi. he placed his coat on the chair and went upto the bed. he carefully pecked aashi's forehead. then he looked at nandini. even after two years of marriage , he was still not enough of her. even today he was spellbound watching her beauty. those chubby cheeks, long shiny black hair which always came on her face when she is asleep, her milky smooth skin of touching which he wasnt enough yet. and his most favourite, those pink luscious pouty lips. manik got up from his place and carefully bent over her not putting his weight over her so that she gets disturbed. he lightly brushes his lips with hers. eventhough in deep sleep, his presence was not unknown to her. she smiled a bit which made him smile. he then pecked her forehead and got up letting both of them sleep for a while.
nandini opened her eyes when she heard manik's voice. first she thought may be she was dreaming , but then again she didnt felt aashi beside her and opened her eyes with a jerk. she was not dreaming, manik was in the room talking on the phone and getting ready. she looked at the time , it was almost evening.
n=oh god.. main itni der tak kaise sorahithi..
nandini quickly got down from the bed and went to manik. manik watching her awake
m=ya i'll call you back.. so ms sleeping beauty ur aawake??
n=manik tumne mujhe jagaya kyu nahi? main kitni der tak soti rahi..and... aashi kaha ha? woh..
m=relax relax... take ur time and breathe. one by one, tumhe uthaneka jee nahi karraha tha, kitne aramse sorahithi tum aur aashi mom dad ke sath bahar gayi hain... and now tum bhi ready hojaw yaad ha na? we have to go out..
n=are haa... cabir ke gharpe dinner. tum do minute ruko main change karke ati hu
nandini quickly gathered her clothes and rushed inside the washroom. after 15 minutes she stepped out of the washroom wearing a black chiffon long dress. the room was empty. nandini thought manik was waiting for her downstairs. she quickly applied some light makeup and went downstairs. as soon as she stepped out of the room, she saw the view of downstairs .. the lights were switched off only candles were lighted everywhere, every corner. though she was confused but smiled later as she knew all these efforts were done by only person
each and every stair was decorated with candles. the fragrance of her favourite candles were making her overwhelmed. she reached downstairs and heard the sound of guitar. it was him who made her blush like always. she turned around and saw him coming towards her with the guitar in his hands.

m=ssshhh..
he put his finger on her lips.
m=no questions, no answers, no explanations nothing. just you and me and US
he extended his hand to her and she happily put her hand on his. he kissed her hand ever so gently and took her to the pool side. both opened their shoes and sat beside the pool , putting their legs inside the cold water. nandini's gaze was fixed on manik whose eyes were on the sky,
m=agar tum mujhe esehi dekhte rahogi then dont blame me for taking you to the bedroom right now
nandini's cheeks turned to the darkest red shade and she moved her gaze from him

m=hmmm
n=party toa cabir ke gharpar thi na.. then how come yeh sab?
m=woh... mukti and alya were stuck in some problem so party was cancelled. toa maine socha ke kyu na ..and mom dad were also going out to some relatives house with aashi
nandini rested her head on his shoulder holding his arm.
n=i love u... thanks for this lovely surprise

wase.. there is a reason behind all these arrangements

manik gets up from there and forwards his hand to her. a confused nandini gives her hand to him. he takes her inside towards the dining table where he had arranged dinner

m=woh..actually yeh sab maine banaya hain
nandinis jaw opened when she looked at those dishes.
n=seriously??? tumne banaya?? kaise..i mean...
m=woh.. (feeling shy) internet ki help se
nandini went all Awweee.. she pulled his both cheeks
n=manik seriously... tum kitne cute ho. tumne yeh sab kuch internet dekke prepare kia. how sweet

he made her sit on the chair and himself sat infront of her

nandini took a spoon full of pasta inside her mouth and manik was waiting for her reaction. at first she didnt say anything,

she fed him one spoon and manik was confused
m=mujhe toa theek laga
n=theek, manik its awesome and very tasty. im super impressed. mujhe nahi pata tha ke mera hubby super chef bhi hain
she took his hands and kissed them
m=accha pura khatam karo
n=abhi nahi badme. im not hungry. mujhe janna ke yeh sab kya hain aur kyu? i mean.. our anniversary just passed, its neither my birthay nor yours then why???
m=woh sab badme..pehle idhar ao
he dragged her to the living area

manik bought a bunch of red roses which made nandini blush. he sat infront of her on his knees and forwaded the flowers
n=tum toa ese react karraheha as if its our first date and u want to propose me
m=agar propose karunga toa ha kahogi???
n=na kehneka koi matlab ha kya??? officially we are married. remember???
m=pata hain. but these flowers are just a token of my love for u and a thank u to u for all that u have done for me, my family and us
nandini had started to become a bit emotional but she didnt let her tears come out. she took the flowers and manik stood up.

m=thanks for everything jaan, i know i always thank u for coming into my life, for being my life, soul and everything but today the reason im saying thank u is because everything till now u did for me, my family without any expectations, any hesitation. tumne humesha hum sabko apni first priority banaya hain jo har koi nahi karsakta. aj jab main office se aya and the sight i saw infront of my eyes, the two lifelines of my life together ...sleeping so peacefully. esa bohot kaam time tumhe milta ha jab tum rest karo, when u think for urself and even u get time to think for urself tum woh time yeh sochti ho ke main kya karraha hu, main kya sochta hu, never ever u think for urself and thats why im sorry jaan. i doubted on u yesterday. jab tum derse ghar ayi, mujhe ek paal kelie laga ke tum aashi ko aur apni responsibilities ko ignore karrahiho, we are not ur first priority but i was so wrong. i know, i sound so selfish, yes i am selfish when it comes to aashi, you and my family...i am very selfish cause all i have is you guys. i have seen u cry, suffer, sad when u came to know u cant conceive . maine tumhare woh 9 months dekha hain jab tumne aashi ko apne womb me rakha, har woh pain bear kiya shayed main chahkar bhi nahi samajh sakta .. still i doubted u.. im ashamed of myself. still... kya tum mujhe maaf karogi?
manik raised his eyes to look at her and saw tears falling from her eyes... she stood up and so did he.

to his reply she captured his lips with her tears rolling down her cheeks and manik hugged her back responding back to her kiss.. without breaking the kiss he wiped the tears from her cheeks and slowly they broke the kiss and rested their foreheads together. nandini cupped his face and kissed his forehead
n=tumhe pata hain, aashi is so lucky to have u as her father, as her protection. seriously manik, sometimes i think u are being impulsive but what u said today .. i can say that i love ur impulsiveness. mom humesha kehti hain that u have ur own way to show ur love, concern, anger and its right. mujhe bura nahi laga jab tumne kaha that u doubted me. i know ke tumpar kya beeti hogi , shayed mere dimag me bhi yeh baat ati agar tum esa kuch kehte aur mujhe aashi ko ignore karte. im not angry with u..

he pulled her in his embrace, lifted her and swirled her around the whole living room.

Manik slowly put her down looking at her lovingly. nandini caressed his cheeks and kissed his both cheeks. before he could kiss her back she pushed him and started to run around the house.

Jao main ab jab jis jagah
Paw main tujko uss jagah
Sath hoke na ho tu ha
Rubaru.. rubaru

He loved the childish nandini. the way she was running, turning back to see him.. showing him her tongue then again running, hiding behind those silky curtains. at some point he just stood in a corner and was admiring her, running , laughing, blowing flying kisses to him.

Manik was lost in his thoughts when nandini came from behind and encircled her hands around his back. manik smiled and put his hands over her. she came infront and saw his eyes full of love. he kissed her temple, her eyes one by one, he eyed her lips but she was in no mood to surrender that easily and so pushed him back.

she tried to run but he holded her wrist and stopped from going away from himself. manik reached her back kissing every inch of her bare arm giving goosebumps inside her, he caressed her bare back and pulled her to him with a jerk, kissing her hair.

Is jahan mein hain aur na hoga
Mujhsa koi khushnaseeb
Tune mujhko dil diya hain
Main hu tere sabse kareeb

He gathered her hair to one side smelling his favourite scent nuzzling in the crook of her neck, dropping sweet tortures on her body. she gripped his hands tightly enjoying those sweet tortures. it seemed that her body was longing for his touch, that same old touch of his making her go crazy.

He made her turn around and pulled her towards the dining area. this time he sat on the chair and pulled her on his lap. she happily sat on his lap with her hands around his neck and both enjoyed the food together from one plate and with the same spoon.

Both sat together on the swing, nandini on maniks lap. the garden was full of her sweet voice, the place was lighted with her smile and happiness. The joy of both of them being with eachother like always and forever.

manik entered their bedroom with nandini in his arms. he put her on the bed and then sat infront of her holding her hand. she slowly pulled him over her

nandini hugged him tightly and what continued was another night of their togetherness
