Okay, I'm not going to argue about colours. What's the point? Everyone likes different colours.
I just want to point out how yellow and black are perfect for Hufflepuff house.
1.) Yellow is happy and fun, like us!
2.) Yellow helps you stand out in a crowd
3.) It reminds us of our beautiful, sunny common room
4.) We can steal the Steeler's song "Black and Yellow" (hee hee, steal the steeler's song. Get it?)
5.) We ALWAYS show our house pride. We love our house. And if you get a hole in your scarf, there's guaranteed to be another Hufflepuff willing to knit a new one
6.) We're the only house that often wears their second color. We wear black, but seriously, who owns gold or silver or bronze shirts?
7.) We love to wear black. Some of us think it makes us look artistic. Some just like the colour. Others like to imagine that they're spies. Hufflepuffs could be good spies, but we enjoy providing our own theme song and everyone hears us coming.
