Falling For The Bad Boy-Cliché

CHAPTER 2

I can’t believe it, it can’t be…….. he looks so …… different??...... He stood there smirking at me. It was him, my brother’s best friend, Ashton Stormburg. He seemed different in a way; maybe the fact the last time I saw him was a half a year ago and he didn’t look so…dare I say it, sexy! “Hey there, beautiful” he said while helping me up, wait doesn’t he recognize me? I couldn’t help but start giggling at the fact he doesn’t remember the girl he tormented when I was a kid, I guess since he actually hasn’t seen me after I got the makeover I could understand, but I didn’t look that different, did I?  “EEEEP HEY!!!!” yelled my best friend Sophie as she came running down the passage towards me with the biggest smile on her face, obviously excited to see my new look, since she was in Paris for the holidays. As soon as she got to Ashton and me she gave me one heck of a hug, “Soph I can’t breathe!”  “Sorry I just haven’t seen you like in forever!!”  “We were video chatting last night.” I said laughing as we walked to our class, we had every single class together. I left Ashton standing there with a confused expression written all-over his face, I couldn’t help but laugh.

First period we had English literature, it felt as if time had froze, I felt like I had been in that class for 5hours, I don’t mind the lessons; I do pretty well in all my subjects, but it was the teacher; Mr Sweet, but trust me don’t let his name fool you, he is many things, but sweet is not one of them! He was one of those teachers who found something wrong with everything and everyone! So you can see why I don’t exactly enjoy his class besides him having one of the dullest voices on the planet! First period finally ended and Soph and I were heading to our next class, the rest of the day went well. We had one class left, P.E I hated running around, it’s not because I’m unfit or anything, I’m a dancer so I basically have to stay fit! Sophie and I basically completed all our laps in 20mins, and had10 mins left till the end of school, so after we changed into our own clothes we went to our lockers(which happened to be next to each other by luck).”Hey you wanna come over after school?” I asked her as we got to our lockers “Yeah sure, we have a lot to catch up on” Sophie said with a smirk on her face? I have no idea why ……

As we were driving to my house we turned up the volume as One Direction was playing… “DIANA!!!” Soph and I sang to the chorus of the song playing. (did I mention I’m a Directioner ). As we got to my house Sophie couldn’t shut up about my new car, mean while she has a Ferrari too except hers is Cherrie red! “After all these years I still can’t get over the fact that your house if this fuck’n big!!!” “Yeah Soph you say that every time you come over” I said laughing at her reaction to the house, yet again. We were up in my room when I heard my brothers motorbike outside, I actually missed the sound of his motorbike, but when I looked out there he was again, Ashton. “Tammy come on I haven’t seen your brother in forever!!” Soph yelled while pulling me downstairs to greet my brother. As soon as we saw them come in Sophie literally tackled Tyler to the ground, all the three of us could do was laughing, we were laughing so much no sound came out. Then he walked in, wearing his new signature smirk, and all of a sudden I felt my cheeks heat up. “What’s happening in here, meet someone already Ty” he said smirking at my brother and Sophie who was still on top of him( I always thought they liked each other, there wasn’t really an age difference). All of a sudden I saw both my brother and best friend start to blush?? Did I miss something; they’ve known each other since Soph and I’ve been best friends, and that’s been since we were in diapers!

All of a sudden I was brought out of my thoughts by what Ashton said, “So where’s Tammy??” Sophie and I couldn’t help but giggle at what he had said, Tyler stood there with the look ‘you’re such an idiot’ which Ashton noticed “What I’m just asking.” Ty, Soph and I couldn’t help but completely start gagging the way we were laughing, Ashton just stood there, looking at us like we were mental. “Nice to see you again Ash” I said smiling his way, he stood there really lost. “Wanna hangout later Tamz, so we can catch up?” “Yeah sure Ty!” I yelled grabbing Soph’s hand going back upstairs, all I heard was Ashton asking my brother if it really was me…… could I possibly look that different??

Ashton’s P.OV

“Nice to see you again Ash” I instantly thought it was one of the girls I’ve slept with, but then the next couple of words shocked me…. “Wanna hangout later Tamz---” that’s all I heard once I heard him say her name I froze in my place and the only words that happened to leave my mouth were, “Wait, what??”

She looked so different, from the girl with the thick reading glasses, tied up hair to the girl who seemed to care a lot more of her image? Not that she looked bad I just hope the girl I left here half a year ago is still that girl today…..and I hope she’ll forgive me for all the terrible cruel things I’ve done to her, all the pranks I pulled on her, I don’t even think she told her brother, cause who wouls be best friends with a guy who bullies his baby sister?!?

“Ashton?”

“Ashton?”

“Ashton?”

“What???” as I finally came out of my own world to Tyler staring at me…                                                     “Is the something you’d like to tell me dude?” shit did he see the way I looked at her? I just mentally slapped myself...…”Naah dude what makes you say that?” that response cause another ‘look’ from him

We decided to play X-Box …… but all I could focus on was why the two girls upstairs were laughing none stop???

“Hay Ty mind if I spend the night, since it’s gettin a bit late?” “It’s chilled, parents aren’t even home, think they on business in Paris or something” I can’t believe they would let her stay by herself, don’t get the wrong impression I care for her but not in a romantic way.

I decided to go upstairs after getting back from my place with some clothes for tomorrow. As I was walking upstairs towards Ty’s room I stopped and looked at all the memories I’ve had with this family they were basically like family to me and nothing about that would change(jeez I sure do sound like a chick right now with all the sappy stuff)….

Next thing you know I’m on the floor looking into her eyes……………

I know it’s yet another short chapter but the next one is gonna be long I promise! (and if more people read the earlier i'll update- so ask your friends to read it ;) ......
