So, In the Australian Parliament, we have the upper and lower houses. The upper house is called the Senate and the Lower House is called the House of Representatives. The Senate is red while the House of Representatives is green.
Therefore,
The House of Representatives are the District Thirteen rebels!
And the Senate is the Capitol! Especially since the head of the Senate is called the President!!!
