ASHLEY'S POV
I didn't realize that I had dozed off until I heard the sounds of someone screaming. Most people would be annoyed by this type of noise but to me it was actually sort of comforting. Most of the time it was dead silent and the only screams were mine. Not to sound morbid or anything, but hearing a scream that wasn't coming from my mouth was really nice.
I peeked out my little window and saw that it was the boy named Danny. He was fighting the guards. He was strong. There were three guards on him and he still was managing to wrangle free. Every time that it looked like he had finally managed to break their hold he'd be shoved back down.
A few moments later a doctor rushed down the hall and the guards held Danny down while the doctor injected a liquid into him. It seemed to be some type of tranquilizer because within seconds he had passed out.
