Here's the plot:
Peyton Banks lived a fairly average life.
At sixteen, she's working at her parents bakery and helping her mom out with the class of troubled delinquents. Not to mention that she has a great relationship with her older brother and is hopelessly in love with his best friend.
But things grow weary when she is forced to spend the summer as her mother's teachers aid for community service. Little did she know she'd find friends. . . and enemies. . . as well as a boy that has lost most of his faith in the world.
And when things from her parents past start to come back to haunt the once perfect family, Peyton's forced to learn that when you hit rock bottom the only way you can do is get back up.
