Our Little Secret

Ch.1

"Alright guys! That's a wrap for today writing session. Let's pick up tomorrow afternoon." Ben says as he dismisses the group.

Avi, Kevin, Mitch, Scott, and Kirstie all part way as they return to they're own apartments for the night.

"Anyone want to come over tonight for a few drinks?" Scott asks.

"I do!" Kirstie says jumping up and down with excitement.

"Alright, Kit. Calm down you can come over." Mitch say.

Scott and Mitch live together in the same apartment as do Avi and Kevin. Kirstie lives alone with her husky Olaf.

"Yay! I'll go pick up Olaf and come over in about an hour?" Kirstie says.

"Sounds good! What about you guys?" Scott asks.

"I think we'll sit this one out tonight. Kind of tired for the long writing session today." Kevin says.

"Alright, we'll see you guys tomorrow!" Scott says as he walks to his car.

Mitch and Scott get into the car and drive off to their apartment.

It was silent for a good five minutes before Mitch broke the silence.

"I'm so happy Kirstie is coming over tonight! We all haven't had a night with just the three of us since high school!" Mitch says in excitement.

"Me too...Mitch, I have to tell you something, but you can't tell Kirstie." Scott says.

"What's up, Hoying?" Mitch asks.

Scott hesitates for a second and then speaks up.

"I've liked Kirstie since high school. I mean like liked her and I kinda wanna tell her about my feeling tonight.." Scott admits.

"Scott, this is huge! How come you've never told me before?" Mitch asks.

"I don't know...I guess-"

"I'm going out tonight with my friend Austin and leaving you two alone! You guys have to let all these feeling out with just the two of you!" Mitch interrupts.

"I was kinda hoping you'd be there to help." Scott says.

"You'll do fine by yourself! I believe in you!" Mitch says patting the tall blondes shoulder.

Scott looks over at Mitch and smiles for a second.

"Thanks, Mitchie." Scott says.

"No problem, henny."
