Run Away From The Light

Someday you'll see a light, shining through the darkness
And lights are beautiful and full of hope
But the beautiful things are the dangerous ones
Peace is always a dream that came true
Before terrorists start emptying their guns

When the most think there is an way out
A light in the end of the tunnel
Only some will run away from the train that's coming
You might take risks for things to get bright
But if you fear for your life
Run away from the lights

Flip flop, you just fall hard and you hit the floor
Flip flop, you hear someone knocking at the front door
Flip flap, you get up and move there to check
Flip flap, you open the door and a woman hits you with some kind of tech

You are asleep now, no one's going to save you now
Nightmares are constant and you can't understand
You are not awake yet, you start raising your eyebrow
You suddenly wake up but you can't stand

There are light everywhere and some people surround
They look at you, one of them sticks a needle in your leg
You try to kick him and he falls to the ground
They hold you tight and you still barely see

"What should I do? What is happening to me?"

You wake up. They aren't around you, not anymore.
The lights are still flashing you, and you turn them off
Nothing happens
You just run away from the light
