People say we should be unique
That we are born to be ourselves
Being equal to the others will make us weak
Why shouldn't we be like everyone else?
They say we need to open our wings
In order to leave the ground and fly
So, yeah, I'll tell you why, I'll explain you something
I'll show you how to feel in Heaven without getting high
Wake up, get up, its 6 o clock
Look at the mirror, you are different by birth
(some of us are beautiful as angels, some beautiful as rocks)
Glad you are, because if we were all equal, we'd be all unworthy
Are you happy leaving home every day?
Everyday catching the same train?
Train you leave to catch some rain?
Rain, oh rain, don't they all hate a rainy day?
Day, blessed day, at least you have an umbrella
An umbrella, just like they all do!
Do you feel fine with that, do you?
Here it goes something, I guess you should know
Powerful people create the streams, got that?
They tell you where to go and you go (come on, don't you go?)
You are just a puppet, got that?
It's time to cut the cord!
Let yourself to be free from the mainstream
And freedom itself will be your reward
CUT THE CORD!
People come, people go
Some people may look happy living in the fantasy
So?
I can be happy living in reality
