"What do you guys think about this outfit? Is it too much?" Lynn asked. Apparently our conversation about freshman trying too hard was getting to her. I watched her continuously adjust the hem of her jean skirt as if she'd somehow be able to stretch the length further down her thigh.

"Turn," said Taylor, directing Lynn into a spin. "If you don't wear it, I will. I mean, with a shape like yours, in that outfit—you'd turn heads for sure."

I glance over to Taylor who'd been applying a shimmering gloss over her lips. I'd never been one to compare my body to anyone else's. I never grasped the concept of beating yourself up over something genetics and habits played a huge role in. That concept was easily followed back home because everyone looked like carbon copies of each other. Of course there were beautiful girls there, but hardly anyone who exceeded a size five so the desire to lust over something you didn't have never existed. Well—until now.

Taylor's stomach protruded slightly beyond her hips. Her ass and thighs were wide enough for her to have to jump into her pair of jeans, otherwise she'd never be able to pull them over. She groaned about how hard it was finding clothes to flatter her figure without disguising her natural curves. It was nearly impossible avoiding a gaze in her direction.

Lynn was the complete opposite of Taylor. All the curves framing Taylor's body, Lynn lacked. She was quiet petite, though her short stature accentuated the rest of her features.

Both of them were stunning in there own unique way and suddenly it was me who felt like the imposter.

"If I were a guy I'd dig the both of you. Seriously," Lynn winked, noticing my discomforting gaze while I examined the lack of breast I had in the mirror.

Not long after inviting Lynn to join us did we leave for the party. It was a ten minute walk from our dorm to Theta Nu and on the way, I eyed the dining hall, inwardly scoffing that a party piqued more interest than my need for breakfast this morning.

Theta Nu's chapter was the largest fraternity on campus which meant it reaped all the perks when it came to social events or raising money for whatever cause they were involved in. On the flip side, they rarely faced repercussions when it came to consequences regarding disciplinary actions.

I thought back to an incident Chris told me about when it was his freshman year. A group of potential pledges were nearly arrested for breaking into a shop on campus as part of some stupid initiation ritual. Somehow the fraternity managed to expunge the charges which obviously meant every one of the pledges were accepted into the fraternity.

The porch of the house wrapped around the entirety of it and a walkway stretched from the curb all the way to the front door. Two guys dressed in yellow and white letterman jackets stood on either side of the front door guarding the place as bouncers at a club.

Taylor led the way to the door, approaching both guys with a smile. "We're friends of Meghan," she says, tossing her hair over her shoulder.

The one on the left of Taylor signaled her in closer before pressing a stamp on the back of her hand. Lynn and I trailed closely behind—both of us receiving identical stamps and entry into the party.

It reeked of marijuana and booze the second we walked inside and a thick misty cloud of smoke swallowed us up.

"How about we meet back here no later than half past midnight?" Taylor says, though her interested remained in the sea of people laughing and dancing to music.

"I can do that," Lynn adds before flashing the both of us a smile. "No later than 12:30."

When the girls dispersed from our trio, I searched for the next person I could leech onto. My intent when agreeing to come consisted of staying close to Taylor and Lynn the whole time, but they were more interested in venturing off to meet new people. This scene was new to me. Back home in Dreycott, you couldn't pay me enough to leave the house, let alone attend a party.
