Prompt: You walk on all fours during the mornings, I carried you when you grew tired. I held your hand as you tried to walk and watched with pride as noon came and you took confident strides. Now it is evening, on all threes I walk, I wonder...will you carry me when I fall?
A/N: This is my entry for Family. First story narrative has always been my weakness and this story gave me the opportunity to push beyond my limits (write in the first narrative); a mindset that has almost made me give up in frustrated breath.
