My phone cutt me off ringing Chicago area code.
"Hello?"
"P" *sighs*
"Tadoe crack head ass wassup??" *Questions*

"What happened?"
"Cap was-cap-he died" he stammered
"Quit lying" I stopped doing everything I was doing laying my eyes on my r.i.p la tattoo.
"Why the fuck would I lie about that just bring Yall asses down here by Friday his funeral is on Saturday"
I hung up staring off into space just thinking for a minute. Tears started to flow, I used to fuck with cap heavy. Indigo was always in the house or on the east side treasure was in school heavy. Cap the first person I smoked with, the first person who dragged me. When he wasn't busy I was right there up under him.
I slowly got off my bed, going into treasure room where everybody was.
"Aye" I said softly
"What's the matter?" Indigo stopped and looked at me.
"We gotta go to Chicago" I said
"For what Reese don't wanna see your ass" treasure laughed but stopped when I didn't crack a smile.
"P what Happened?" Treasure got serious
"Cap- he um- got killed" I teared up
"Damn uh you okay" indigo asked, treasure eyes went wide.
"I'm cool shit happen" I turned wiping my eyes walking out in my momma room.
"Ma" I said lowly
"We gotta go back to Chicago" I said
"What happened" she sat up
"Cap gone ma" I bust out crying, "slow down what happened" she asked
"He gone he not coming back he gone" I cried sliding down the wall.
"He left, everybody keep leaving" I hit the floor.
"Everybody keep leaving me bruh. Why God keep doing me like this" I punched my hand.
Treasure came in sitting on the floor wrapping her arms around me. "Momma's open your eyes its life" my mom sighed. I bit my tongue..
"Yo daddy not coming home, rashad-
"Ma shut up" indigo said coming in the room.
"Dont tell me to shut up" she mugged her.
"You always trying to throw that in her face she know he not coming back shut the fuck up with that shit" indigo snapped
"I don't see why y'all car about the lil boy anyways" she rolled her eyes making me cry harder.
Rashad was my heart and everybody knew that.
"I only let him in cause I didn't want to seem like a jealous bitch. Fuck i look like raising another women's child that your stupid ass daddy cheated on me with" she snapped
"Ma what you do?" Treasure sobbed
"Tell me you didn't" indigo began to cry.
"I didn't want him in my house anymore! So I did what I had to do" she cried
"He was only 7" I cried
"So princess I know that get over it!" She snapped
"That was my baby brother mane" I shook my head.
"Look princess I'm sorry but it was for all of us" she said
"Don't you dare say that! Mane you knew he meant the whole world to me. You drowned my lil brother what the fuck is wrong with you" I got up, "come on p let's just go" treasure cried.
"I can't believe you" indigo shook her head storming out the room. I started walking to my room in disbelief the gang was just treasure room quiet not making a sound or any movement.
I went and sat on my bed and thought, tried to hold myself together.
I gotta get out of here
