This one's pretty popular that's for sure. Meh. I am not sure about the ship name... Sorry.
A drunken Qrow appears. He provokes Winter who loses her cool and attacks him.
And so, their fight and one mere charming blink from the hunstman blossoms into what some fans call 'love'. Awesome right?
Back at the time, I wanted to ship this two but for some reason I couldn't. They just fought, what's up with that? And it was a fight aimed for the kill. Geezuz, Winter aimed for this throat as if to kill him which was scary if Ironwood's voice hadn't reached her in time. I kind of hated her for that.
It isn't my cup of tea anymore after I came to know eventually their reasons. The two fought for their personal beliefs. Grow was aiming for Ironwood but he saw Winter first.

And why did he drink himself to such state to fight her?
If you listened carefully to the conversation at the reunion, Qrow was angry that Ironwood acted on his own, disobeying Ozpin's orders....Ozpin who trusted them but the general broke this trust, the trust Qrow very much valued. Oh, also, I value trust very much.

And because Qrow provoked Winter for Ironwood's failure as a member of their secret circle, she fights him, defending him in his absence as to not sully the general's name.

Yeah...but if you think they're good together, no problem there. It's a cute ship. But depending on what happens now since Monty's (the third god Im worshipping) gone, they maybe eliminating many characters to replace them, including Winter. Qrow is already flirting with other people in Season 4, so I'm one of those worried a canon will happen between Qrow and that waitress, therefore breaking the ships he's present in.
