"That topic interferes into my contract so I will not and can not respond" the judge looks at Vincent's lawyer "is that true" he nodded "it does your honor" he nods "ok then carry on" I looked at the lawyer

"why yes Miss.Jackson can you explain why detective Scott saw prenatal pills in your bag this morning do you not plan on keeping the child is that why you will not disclose you pregnancy to the court are you ashamed-" I slammed my hands down on the stand "first of all do not put words in my mouth 2nd he didn't see anything he pushed me down this morning and went threw my purse didn't even help me the fuck up"

I say getting upset "so your saying you are in fact pregnant and he did see prenatal vitamins in your bag" I shrugged "I didn't say anything like that for all his sneaky ass know they could have been some aspirin's or some gummy bears shit the it could have been my aunt's or Sisters fuck the purse isn't even mine it's my cousin" I say

"I'm being black mailed by the NYPD they said if I didn't testify against Vincent they'd arrest me for Prostitution" the judge looks at me confused "and why wouldn't they do that" I shrugged "I don't know maybe because they want Vincent to go to jail the rest of the girls are probably getting black mailed too half of them are immigrants" I say remembering what Rena told me

"Do you have any evidence" the judge says "you mean recites yes I have the recording of detective Scott and Bob telling me I had to testify because they didn't take my phone and I don't trust cops so" I say taking out my phone showing the video of what they told me and made sure to get there faces during the last part "this doesn't show that Mr.Salvador didn't do it but it shows they did black mail you and so I well handle it" he says I nodded

After court was dismissed Scott and they lawyers had to meet with the judge now I'm was happily about to leave out I was just writing something down"excuse me Miss.Jackson" I turned to see Vincent lawyer "Mr.Salvador would like to speak to you" he says knowing I can't run away from this I nod

I went threw the door to the holding cells where nobody was there not even a cop Vincent was in a cage like cell standing up looking at me threw the cell bars with his hands in his pockets "how are you jasmine" he asked "I'm fine how are you" he shrugged "here" he says "are you pregnant Jasmine"

I nodded looking down at me feeling "Jasmine-" I shake my head looking up at him "It's fine Vincent you don't have to say it I already know" I say "I'll transfer money for the procedure before I the verdict " I nodded "that's fine" I say "I apologize-"

I shake my head "it's fine I know and that's fine you already have a baby on the way you don't need two especially with a nobody like me I was going to but I have to wait I'm to early on I have to wait until I'm 8 weeks" I say remembering what happened at the coffee shop "I didn't mean it like that-"

I say turning walking out of the room with tears in my eyes "Miss.Jackson are you ok" I nodded to his lawyer "yes I'm fine" I say putting a piece of paper in his pocket pretending to be hugging him I go to his ear

"he assaulted those woman but this will help him gets a lesser sentence use it" I say pulling away from him smiling he smiles back "why are you doing this" he asked "because he didn't mean it and I owe him everything"

I say walking away getting into the taxi I cried upset I did this to myself I put my self to into a situation I didn't want to be in and know I have to deal with it
