Helps you store you psi energy and use for spells.
Visualize a body part to with hold this energy. Then imagine a source of energy flowing and flowing into that part. Chant: with hold with hold this energy for me. Repeat 3-5 times. When your done say: Seal. Then you can use that energy at any time. This is my first spell, thank you.
