any moon phase is good but a full moon helps
turns you into a werewolf in one week at midnight. you can shift at will as long as you are under moonlight.
chant 10 times

may i be able to shift at will as long as i am under moonlight

i will have one special ability which is (anything you wish)kinesis in my wolf form as wellas in my human form.

in one week at midnight i will be a werewolf"
after chanting 10 times say once
"with harm to none, so mote it be".
