||New Paradigm||

To the lonely wind of the night,
Beckoning me to bathe in the Moon's pristine light;
Oh how I crave for a breath of fresh air,
Not tainted by depression and despair.

To the mother who had tears in her eyes,
In you I found compassion bigger than the skies.
The warmth of your embrace I'll forever savour,
The odds will always be in our favour.

To the father who never wanted to let go;
I will never leave,you should know.
The vehemance of your beliefs during grim times,
Inspired me to look at life with a new paradigm.

A/N:I finally got bored of lying around in the hospital bed.
This poem is just my take on the recent developments of my life.
Have a great day/night everyone!
