To the lonely wind of the night,
Beckoning me to bathe in the Moon's pristine light;
Oh how I crave for a breath of fresh air,
Not tainted by depression and despair.To the mother who had tears in her eyes,
In you I found compassion bigger than the skies.
The warmth of your embrace I'll forever savour,
The odds will always be in our favour.To the father who never wanted to let go;
I will never leave,you should know.
The vehemance of your beliefs during grim times,
Inspired me to look at life with a new paradigm.A/N:I finally got bored of lying around in the hospital bed.
This poem is just my take on the recent developments of my life.
Have a great day/night everyone!
